•  World Bank consultant to identify and prepare tender documents for renovating the Company Registrar's Office, Office of the Judicial Services Commission and the Labour Tribunal, Worked as the Team Leader and a consultant – completed in September 2001.

•  Consultant to the International Committee of the Red Cross to prepare tender documents for construction of a series of tube wells in boarder line areas of Pollonnaruwa and Baticaloa Districts.

•  World Bank consultant to identify and prepare tender documents for renovating all Courthouses in Sri Lanka, Worked as the Team Leader and consultant – completed in June 1999.
